Linus – Week 22

Now here’s Mr. Linus at week 22! Such a sweetheart. It’s not new this week, but he’s started “hugging” us a lot more. In quotes because I don’t think he’s deliberately deciding to embrace us, but because his clinging now involves spreading both arms as wide as he can and really grabbing your arms as he leans in. It feels so good!

Is he a superhero? No, that’s just his ever-present bib. The drooling just goes on and on! If only we could sell it, we’d be rich!

Yen sent me these photos while I was at work, and I positively swooned at my desk when I saw this set. He was so cute and cuddly when he wore this outfit! Yen captured it exactly right.

I love this one. He looks as if he’s considering a very important idea.

But then he dismisses it and decides to eat Mommy instead.

I think this is a kiss! He’s been doing that an awful lot lately. He’s got a rather French style…

Linus is about to get a passport. The photo is pretty darned cute.

I always love the back of a baby’s head. They’re just so sweet. Messy hair, dear little shoulders… I love them.

This rather silly photo is from Yen playing with his fish-eye lens. He knows never, ever to take a photo of me with it.

The fish-eye is really good for capturing the full width of a space. For instance, you can see almost all of Linus’s room in one picture.

These photos were from one particularly cozy evening. We’d been playing in Linus’s room for a while, when he suddenly settled in against my leg.

Nothing like a foot for an after-dinner snack! Aren’t his toes long?

Now that he can sit up, we tried out a sitting-up bath.

In the end, he still prefers to lounge, so we fitted the insert back in. Now he looks as if he’s gone to the spa for the afternoon.
